Hi, Roan! We are good! Blogging has just taken a backseat for several months while we have adjusted to life. I thought being home would give me more time to get things done but life just seems busier. I am going to do an update post tomorrow :)
I am a stay at home mom to three children and very happily married for almost eight years to my husband, Clay. I began blogging in order to document my children's antics because due to my mommy brain I was afraid that I would forget them! The blog has turned into not only stories about my children, but also about my personal growth as a mom, wife, and follower of Christ.
Clay
My husband Clay is my best friend. He works hard to provide for our family so that I can stay at home with our children. He is a wonderful husband and father who is best at comforting and making us laugh. He has a goofy sense of humor, is a die hard Republican, can often be found watching Fox News, and is a closet Star Trek fan. He insists that is NOT the same thing as being a trekkie.
Laura Grace
Laura Grace is my precocious, spunky, six year old. I never know what she is going to say, but it always makes me laugh. She loves the color purple, glitter, flowers, dancing, princess gear, and playing with her brothers. She is an eternal optimist and is constantly teaching me how much fun life can be.
Layton
Layton is four years old. He is a sweet, easy going little boy that loves to cuddle up next to me every chance he gets. He has a slight obsession with Lightening Mcqueen and Mator. He has also discovered Iron Man and Spider Man-he says he will be a superhero when he turns 10. Until then, you can always find him tagging along behind his big sister!
Will
Will was born in late September of 2009. He is a loud, happy, BUSY baby who can only sit still long enough for a quick kiss. His favorite thing is eating off of the floor (unfortunately) and chasing his siblings.

Hey Christy!
I have been wondering what happened to you!
How is your homeschooling going?
How is your life going?
Hope all is well with you and your family.
